Registration will be held at Mililani District Park

Multi-Purpose Building

SUNDAY: Aug. 22 and Aug. 29 at 2 pm

 • Do NOT bring your dog to registration!!

• Bring dog's shot record.

• Registration starts at 2 pm. 

(Be on time as there is an orientation shortly after 2 pm.)

 

• If your dog was adopted from the Humane Society or other rescue organization, bring adoption papers for a 50% discount.

 

• Cost for the 11 week session is $30 - (addl. fees apply for Crate Training class-if held)

• Registration fee is payable in cash or check.  No credit cards.
